Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of confirmation. However, if you request services to commence within this period, you acknowledge that the right to cancel is waived once the service has been fully performed.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in the full session fee being charged.

Therapist Cancellations: In the rare event that your therapist must cancel a session, they will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Therapeutic Confidentiality: All information disclosed during therapy sessions is confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Supervision: Therapists may discuss aspects of their work with a qualified supervisor to ensure the quality of care. These discussions are conducted without revealing identifying information.
