They combine various theories and ways of working depending on your needs and what you wish to explore. They all have compassion, integrity and your individuality at the heart of their work.

I offer a confidential, inclusive, non-judgemental, and safe space for exploration and reflection. I believe humour, play and creativity can be helpful in coping with challenges and in healing. I also believe it can be enlightening to explore how our social and cultural contexts can impact our mental health.

I have experience of supporting adults with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, OCD, substance misuse, relationship issues, sexuality, trauma, grief, self-esteem and self exploration.

Andrew Hapeshi

I view counselling as a shared venture that is grounded in consent, collaboration, and creativity. Together, we can move towards offloading pent-up emotions, processing difficult experiences, and empowering you to live your best life.
